He is the co-author of Off-Sites That Work published in the Harvard Business Review and is an expert on designing and facilitating workshops that enable executives to address and resolve complex issues.
He has consulted in a range of sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, food service, transportation, and pharmaceuticals.His clients have included Bausch + Lomb, Rich Products, National Express, Fidelity Brokerage, DuPont Performance Materials, Mastercard International, and Morgan Stanley Global Wealth Management; and, he has worked with executive teams in Brazil, Mexico, China, South Africa, India, and the United Kingdom.
Before launching his consulting career, Logan was a founder and senior executive in several successful early stage ventures, where he played key roles in developing and executing growth strategies for companies in the business service, Internet, and telecommunications sectors. Early in his career, Logan practiced law with the Wall Street law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, and finance.
Logan received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he taught Business Strategy, a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
